Oilsjt Carnaval 2012 - part 1

I had the pleasure to be again part of the parade of this year's Carnaval in Aalst, Belgium. It was so crowded and we were pretty lucky with the weather even if we had a few iced-snow downpours. I usually take most of my pictures of the Carnaval groups but this time, we went into the parade a little earlier than I expected so I ended up taking pictures of the people in the public who were costumed, mostly children. There were so many cute ones, their faces when they saw the costumes in the parade was priceless and what I loved the most is their smiles when they saw I was taking their portraits. Here are a few, I will share more during the week.
